Russell Stevens is a licensed First Class Stationary Engineer with the City of New Orleans and a senior facilities and operations leader with extensive experience overseeing complex infrastructure, regulated environments, and large multidisciplinary teams. His career spans central utility plants, mechanical systems, water and wastewater operations, capital projects, and compliance-driven facilities management.
Russell currently serves in executive-level facilities leadership roles, where he is responsible for strategic planning, preventive maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and long-term asset stewardship. He is known for building strong operational cultures rooted in safety, accountability, documentation, and training, with a particular focus on developing the next generation of engineers and operators.
He holds multiple professional credentials across facilities management, engineering operations, and water systems, and is actively involved in education, licensing preparation, and professional standards within the industry. Russell is a founding board member of the New Orleans Area Stationary Engineers Association (NOASE), where he is committed to advancing education, mentorship, and professional excellence within the trade.
Outside of work, Russell values continuous learning, leadership development, and community building, and is passionate about creating systems that support both people and long-term organizational success.

Ty is a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer who is currently employed with ENFRA Solutions as a Consulting Stationary Engineer with over 45 years of demonstrated experience and expertise in all facets of Facilities, Construction and Corporate Management. He has served as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) of building operations and MEP & L/S logbook interpretation. He specializes in efficient building operations of equipment functional longevity. Possessing a superlative sense of asset preservation, he has mastered the implementation and execution of preventive maintenance programs, with emphasis on the oversight and enforcement of vendor accountability. His passion is education and as a former technical school instructor he continues to engage with today’s generation to exercise, having a career, not a job.
Ty is a licensed first-class Stationary Engineer with the City of New Orleans He has a BA degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a former member and Chairman of the Board of Examiners for Stationary Engineers for the City of New Orleans, BOMA-NJ, ASHARE and a host of other community and civic organizations, He is the founder of the former (USSE) United Society of Stationary Engineers and is currently a Board Member with (NOASE) New Orleans Area Stationary Engineers.
In his spare time, Ty enjoys sporting recreation, domestic and international travel.

Johnny joined Ochsner Health System in 2008 and is the AVP of Facilities Operations within the Southeast Region. His background is HVAC and Plant Operations focusing on Sustainability, Resiliency, and Energy Efficiency. Johnny holds multiple nationally recognized certifications including Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), Certified Healthcare Safety and Fire Safety (CHSP & CHFSP), and Energy Efficiency Practitioner (EEP).
